Something Special
When I went to paint a series of champagne bottles bursting with flowers, I knew I had to include Passion Pop.
Evoking so many memories for those of us who came of age in the 80s and 90s, Passion Pop is still available - it’s sweeter than I remember it (how is that possible?), but I recommend cutting the sweetness with a liqueur like Chambord. It makes it pretty fancy.
This original painting is designed to bring flowers into your home, and make you smile every time you see it.

Not just for birthdays, this calendar is for anything you’d like to remember each year.
I was convinced a perpetual calendar like this was a good idea because my friend Rita, who has MAAAANY siblings, had a birthday calendar in her loo! So birthdays could not be missed.
And then when my brother got married in South Africa in 2008 I picked up a calendar with lovely thick pages and spiral bound… I just knew THAT was the style I wanted.
So in 2015 I designed the first Shiny Happy Art Birthday Calendar. It was printed locally, was a total hit, and sold out. Mine hangs on my pantry door, and I check it almost daily.
But it’s time for a freshen up, and to share a new design with all the people I didn’t know in 2015 - so if that’s you, welcome!
The calendar measures 12 x 30cm, is printed on super thick cardboard (so it will look good for years) and has a loop on the wire binding to make it easy to hang.
All the full colour images are from my Shiny Happy Art Club Paint Alongs - I have 54 to choose from and it wasn’t easy because I have A LOT of favourites!
